This 4-week program is designed to give you the foundation needed within muscular and tendon
strength to handle an elite jump training program while adding inches to your vertical leading
up to your season. These workouts should not be performed while you’re fatigued, but fresh
after a great dynamic warm up. In addition, the rest designated to each set and rep within the
program is vital when demanding maximum intent behind each jump/hold. This program is
NOT FOR JUMP CONDITIONING; although there is a time and place, we are looking to increase
explosive jump ability which is difficult when you’re tired.
This program guides you through daily activities for each week including:
- Dynamic warm-up drills
- Detailed exercises and vertical jump drills
- Dynamic videos tutorials
